1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SyncroAtlas and ATLAS services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ATLAS is an AI-assisted web platform that includes chat, task management, calendar scheduling, memory management, social content tools, and a desktop-style workspace.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account details and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempts to:

  • Break laws or infringe rights.
  • Upload malicious code, abuse APIs, or disrupt platform stability.
  • Use the Service for fraud, harassment, or harmful content.
  • Reverse engineer or bypass security and billing controls.

5. Plans, Trials, and Billing

  • The free tier includes limited usage features.
  • Neural+ includes a free 7-day trial for eligible users.
  • After trial, subscription renews at the listed monthly price unless cancelled before renewal.
  • Billing is processed through Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.
  • You can manage or cancel from the in-app billing portal.

6. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with Neural+, contact support within 30 days of your first paid charge to request review for a refund under our money-back policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, branding, and platform code are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of content you create, subject to permissions needed for us to provide the Service.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to Service use, interruption, or AI output.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
